N\u00e9e en 1979, \u00e0 Li\u00e8ge, je suis dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Li\u00e8ge en Histoire de l\u2019art et Arch\u00e9ologie. Pendant mon cursus, j\u2019ai \u00e9galement suivi des cours de dessin \u00e0 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie des Beaux-Arts de Li\u00e8ge. Ayant toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par l\u2019Art et sa mise en \u0153uvre, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 40 ans, j\u2019ai \u00e9mis le souhait de renouer avec le dessin. D\u2019abord au crayon, puis \u00e0 l\u2019encre, j\u2019ai fini par me lancer dans l\u2019acrylique !<\/p>

Stimul\u00e9e par la Culture Pop, l\u2019univers des Comics, des mangas japonais et des dessins anim\u00e9s am\u00e9ricains, je propose des \u0153uvres aux couleurs brillantes, pures et avec peu de nuances.<\/p>

Le fond, en dehors du ou des personnages principaux, est tant\u00f4t influenc\u00e9 par de grands ma\u00eetres tels que Keith Haring, Piet Mondrian ou Roy Lichtenstein mais aussi par le m\u00e9lange de logos de marques, d\u2019ic\u00f4nes ou du monde des jeux vid\u00e9o.<\/p>

Mes compositions s\u2019inscrivent la plupart du temps dans un format carr\u00e9. Le format carr\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente pour moi une certaine symbolique et fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la th\u00e9matique de \u00ab L\u2019esprit carr\u00e9 \u00bb : j\u2019aime \u00e0 penser que \u00ab L\u2019esprit carr\u00e9 ne garantit pas de tourner en rond \u00bb !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Born in 1979 in Li\u00e8ge, I graduated from the University of Li\u00e8ge in Art History and Archeology. During my studies, I also took drawing lessons at the Academy of Fine Arts in Li\u00e8ge.
Having always been interested in Art and its implementation, at the age of 40, I expressed the wish to return to drawing. First in pencil, then in ink, I ended up getting into acrylic!<\/p>

Stimulated by Pop Culture, the world of Comics, Japanese manga and American cartoons, I offer works in brilliant, pure colors and with few nuances.<\/p>

The background, apart from the main character, is sometimes influenced by great masters such as Keith Haring, Piet Mondrian or Roy Lichtenstein but also by the mix of logos of brands, icons or the world of video games.<\/p>

Most of the time, my compositions are in a square format. The square format has a certain symbolism for me and refers to the theme of \u00ab The square spirit \u00bb: I like to think that \u00ab The square spirit does not guarantee going in circles \u00bb !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
